Az Erasmus+KA1\u2011es Ir\u00e1nyt\u0171 a v\u00e1ltoz\u00e1shoz <\/em>c\u00edm\u0171 p\u00e1ly\u00e1zatunk t\u00e1mogat\u00e1s\u00e1val 2018. november 5. \u00e9s 9. k\u00f6z\u00f6tt h\u00e1rom koll\u00e9g\u00e1mmal lehet\u0151s\u00e9g\u00fcnk volt D\u00e1ni\u00e1ba, azon bel\u00fcl pedig Nykobing Falster v\u00e1ros\u00e1ba utazni, hogy megismerkedj\u00fcnk a telep\u00fcl\u00e9s egyik \u00e1ltal\u00e1nos iskol\u00e1j\u00e1val. Ez az iskola a Sophieskolen volt.<\/p><\/blockquote>

Az oktat\u00e1s, a k\u00e9pz\u00e9s \u00e9s a nem form\u00e1lis tanul\u00e1s fontos t\u00e9nyez\u0151 a munkahelyteremt\u00e9sben \u00e9s Eur\u00f3pa versenyk\u00e9pess\u00e9g\u00e9nek n\u00f6vel\u00e9s\u00e9ben. Tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9g\u00fcnk c\u00e9lja a 21. sz\u00e1zadi kulcskompetenci\u00e1k fejleszt\u00e9s\u00e9nek megfigyel\u00e9se volt.<\/strong><\/p>

L\u00e1togat\u00e1sunk eredm\u00e9nyei j\u00f3val t\u00falmutatnak az el\u0151zetesen elv\u00e1rtn\u00e1l.<\/strong> Nemcsak megismert\u00fck a d\u00e1n oktat\u00e1si rendszert, j\u00f3 gyakorlatokat tanulhattunk, hanem a v\u00e1ros iskol\u00e1i k\u00f6z\u00fcl els\u0151k\u00e9nt lehet lehet\u0151s\u00e9g\u00fcnk egy k\u00e9s\u0151bbi partnerkapcsolat kialak\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1ra, egy\u00fcttm\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9s l\u00e9trehoz\u00e1s\u00e1ra, tanulm\u00e1nyi c\u00e9l\u00fa mobilit\u00e1sok megval\u00f3s\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1ra.<\/p>

A v\u00e1ros D\u00e1nia d\u00e9li r\u00e9sz\u00e9n Falster sziget\u00e9n tal\u00e1lhat\u00f3, sz\u00e9khelye Guldborgsund k\u00f6z\u00f6ss\u00e9gnek, a f\u0151v\u00e1rost\u00f3l,\u00ad Koppenh\u00e1g\u00e1t\u00f3l, 130 kilom\u00e9terre tal\u00e1lhat\u00f3. Sundby (ahol a mi sz\u00e1ll\u00e1sunk is volt) k\u00fclv\u00e1ros\u00e1val egy\u00fctt k\u00f6r\u00fclbel\u00fcl 19 ezer f\u0151 \u00e9l itt, a Balti-\u00adtenger egyik \u00f6ble ment\u00e9n fekszik k\u00f6zel a sziget d\u00e9li v\u00e9g\u00e9hez, ahonnan napi kompj\u00e1rat k\u00f6zlekedik Rostockba, N\u00e9metorsz\u00e1gba. Az itteniek szerint ez a ter\u00fclet D\u00e1nia egyik legszeg\u00e9nyebb, legelmaradottabb ter\u00fclete, tal\u00e1n \u00edrnom sem kell, hogy mi ebb\u0151l semmit nem \u00e9rz\u00e9kelt\u00fcnk.<\/strong><\/p>

Az iskola igazgat\u00f3ja Jan \u00e9s egyik helyettese Christian volt k\u00e9t kalauzunk. H\u00e1rom szakmai napot t\u00f6lt\u00f6tt\u00fcnk vel\u00fck \u00e9s l\u00e9p\u00e9sr\u0151l l\u00e9p\u00e9sre ismerkedt\u00fcnk meg oktat\u00e1si m\u00f3dszereikkel, az\u00a0 \u00a0int\u00e9zm\u00e9ny fel\u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9vel, m\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9s\u00e9vel.<\/strong> Az iskola 2015-\u00adben k\u00e9sz\u00fclt el, a kor\u00e1bbi iskola m\u00e1r sz\u0171k volt. A v\u00e1ros egyik k\u00fclter\u00fclet\u00e9n, t\u00f6bb iskola, a sportcsarnok \u00e9s a futball stadion szomsz\u00e9ds\u00e1g\u00e1ban helyezkedik el. Id\u00e9n a tanul\u00f3i l\u00e9tsz\u00e1m k\u00f6zel 900 f\u0151, az oktat\u00f3k sz\u00e1ma 110 f\u0151, de ebb\u0151l 55 csak a tan\u00e1r, a t\u00f6bbiek k\u00f6z\u00f6tt van fejleszt\u0151 pedag\u00f3gus, pedag\u00f3giai asszisztens \u00e9s seg\u00edt\u0151 is.<\/p>

Az \u00e9p\u00fclet rendk\u00edv\u00fcl modern<\/strong>, t\u00e1gas, az \u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9s sor\u00e1n olyan anyagokat haszn\u00e1ltak fel, amelyek zajcs\u00f6kkent\u0151 funkci\u00f3val rendelkeznek, nem t\u0171nt fel sz\u00e1munkra, hogy\u00a0 milyen\u00a0 sok\u00a0 tanul\u00f3 j\u00e1r ide. Egy kicsit olyan \u00e9rz\u00e9s\u00fcnk volt, hogy nem is iskol\u00e1ban, hanem a tudom\u00e1nyok h\u00e1z\u00e1ban vagyunk<\/strong>. Minden tant\u00e1rgynak k\u00fcl\u00f6n szaktantermet alak\u00edtottak ki (\u00e9nek-zene \u00f3r\u00e1knak k\u00fcl\u00f6n terem hangszerekkel, dobfelszerel\u00e9ssel, term\u00e9szettudom\u00e1nyoknak labor, technika \u00f3r\u00e1k sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra egy kiv\u00e1l\u00f3an felszerelt konyha, bark\u00e1cs terem a legmodernebb g\u00e9pekkel, k\u00f6nyvt\u00e1r), az als\u00f3 \u00e9s a fels\u0151 tagozatosok\u00a0 pedig k\u00fcl\u00f6n szinten vannak. L\u00e9tezik iskolai el\u0151k\u00e9sz\u00edt\u0151 csoport, ahol utols\u00f3 \u00e9ves \u00f3vod\u00e1sokkal foglalkoznak. Az\u00a0 \u00e1ltal\u00e1nos iskola kilenc \u00e9vfolyamos, de azok, akik fejleszt\u00e9sre\u00a0 szorulnak vagy gyeng\u00e9bb\u00a0 k\u00e9pess\u00e9g\u0171ek azoknak 10. \u00e9vfolyam is van, \u00e9s csak ezut\u00e1n ker\u00fclnek a gyerekek a k\u00f6z\u00e9pfok\u00fa\u00a0 oktat\u00e1sba.<\/p>

A tan\u00f3r\u00e1k fel\u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9se is teljesen elt\u00e9r\u0151 a mi\u00e9nkt\u0151l<\/strong>, nem 45 perces blokkok vannak, gyakran fordul el\u0151, hogy t\u00f6bb tant\u00e1rgyat oktatnak egy \u00f3ra keret\u00e9ben, k\u00e9t pedag\u00f3gussal. \u0150k t\u00f6bb tant\u00e1rgyb\u00f3l szereznek diplom\u00e1t. T\u00f6bb \u00f3r\u00e1t is l\u00e1togattunk, ahol ink\u00e1bb kisebb csoportban tan\u00edtj\u00e1k a tanul\u00f3kat. \u0150k azt vallj\u00e1k, hogy az integr\u00e1l\u00e1s nem m\u0171k\u00f6dik<\/strong>, akik lemaradnak, a t\u00f6bbiekhez k\u00e9pest azokat kiemelik a csoportb\u00f3l (nagyon sok tanul\u00f3nak van ez\u00e9rt egy\u00e9ni \u00f3rarendje), \u00e9s k\u00fcl\u00f6n fejleszt\u0151 \u00f3ra keret\u00e9ben igyekeznek elt\u00fcntetni a k\u00fcl\u00f6nbs\u00e9geket. Az \u00f3vod\u00e1ban is k\u00fcl\u00f6n vannak a csoportok, ahogyan n\u00e1lunk is volt kor\u00e1bban, kiscsoportos a kiscsoportossal van egy\u00fctt.<\/p>

Nagyon tanuls\u00e1gos volt p\u00e9ld\u00e1ul az a tan\u00edt\u00e1si \u00f3ra, ahol t\u00f6rt\u00e9nelem, f\u00f6ldrajz \u00e9s angol volt egyben.<\/strong> A tanul\u00f3k h\u00e1rom f\u0151s csoportban dolgoztak, k\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6z\u0151 t\u00e9m\u00e1kat kellett feldolgozniuk. Mobiltelefonjaikat, laptopjaikat folyamatosan haszn\u00e1lhatj\u00e1k<\/strong>, a tan\u00e1rok rendk\u00edv\u00fcl rugalmasan kezelik ezt a helyzetet, \u00fagy vannak vele, hogy nem tudhatj\u00e1k mi\u00e9rt n\u00e9zett r\u00e1 a telefonra, de term\u00e9szetesen, ha nem a t\u00e1rgyhoz kapcsol\u00f3dik, amit n\u00e9z, akkor elveszik. A gyerekek megszokt\u00e1k, hogy ez az \u00e9let\u00fck r\u00e9sze, nem \u00e9lnek vissza a helyzettel, nagyon kev\u00e9s volt a fegyelmez\u00e9s a tan\u00e1rok r\u00e9sz\u00e9r\u0151l. K\u00e9t angol tan\u00f3r\u00e1t is t\u00f6lt\u00f6tt\u00fcnk kilencedikesek k\u00f6z\u00f6tt, leny\u0171g\u00f6z\u0151 volt a nyelvtud\u00e1suk, nagyon sokat sz\u00e1m\u00edt az, hogy a t\u00e9v\u00e9 m\u0171sorokat nem szinkroniz\u00e1lj\u00e1k, olyan t\u00e9m\u00e1kr\u00f3l (elfogad\u00e1s, apartheid rendszer) is k\u00f6nnyen \u00e9s \u00e9rtelmesen besz\u00e9ltek, ami n\u00e1lunk m\u00e9g a nyelvvizsg\u00e1ra k\u00e9sz\u00fcl\u0151knek is gondot okozhat<\/strong>.<\/p>

Az iskola vezet\u00e9s\u00e9vel kapcsolatban r\u00f6viden annyit, hogy az \u00e9ves k\u00f6lts\u00e9gvet\u00e9st a megye fel\u00e9 ny\u00fajtj\u00e1k be<\/strong>, nincs k\u00fcl\u00f6n int\u00e9zm\u00e9ny, amelyik fel\u00fcgyeli a m\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9s\u00e9t. Az igazgat\u00f3 is addig marad, am\u00edg az iskola\u00a0 pozit\u00edvan m\u0171k\u00f6dik. A tan\u00e9v m\u00e1r augusztus k\u00f6zep\u00e9n kezd\u0151dik, a ny\u00e1ri sz\u00fcnet csak egy h\u00f3nap, a k\u00f6telez\u0151 munkaid\u0151 heti negyven \u00f3ra. Az \u00e1tlagfizet\u00e9s 28-30 ezer D\u00e1n korona (1200 \u2013 300 ezer Ft). A pedag\u00f3gus \u00e9letp\u00e1lya ott sem t\u00fal n\u00e9pszer\u0171<\/strong>, kor\u00e1bban a szakszervezet sokat panaszkodott. Van olyan v\u00e9lem\u00e9ny is a k\u00f6ztudatban, hogy az megy tan\u00e1rnak, aki semmihez nem \u00e9rt \u2013 mondt\u00e1k vend\u00e9gl\u00e1t\u00f3ink. Ennek ellen\u00e9re mi rendk\u00edv\u00fcl kedves, seg\u00edt\u0151k\u00e9sz emberekkel tal\u00e1lkoztunk!<\/p>

Az iskola m\u00e1r \u00e9vek \u00f3ta a Balti t\u00e9rs\u00e9g orsz\u00e1gaival (pl. Lengyelorsz\u00e1g, Litv\u00e1nia, Lettorsz\u00e1g) tart fent partners\u00e9gi kapcsolatot<\/strong>, minden \u00e9v m\u00e1jus\u00e1ban \u00e9s szeptember\u00e9ben egy-egy hetet t\u00f6ltenek di\u00e1kok egy-egy orsz\u00e1g iskol\u00e1j\u00e1ban. A logisztikai feladatait a projektnek \u0151k v\u00e9gzik \u00e9s nyitottak arra, hogy \u00fajabb iskol\u00e1kat vonjanak be, ak\u00e1r Magyarorsz\u00e1gr\u00f3l is.<\/p>

Rendk\u00edv\u00fcl hasznos lenne egy ilyen kapcsolat kialak\u00edt\u00e1sa<\/strong>, az itteni gyerekek megismerkedhetnek egy m\u00e1sik kult\u00far\u00e1val \u00e9s gyakorolhatj\u00e1k, haszn\u00e1lhatj\u00e1k a nyelvtud\u00e1sukat.<\/p>

\u00d3ri\u00e1si \u00e9lm\u00e9ny volt ez a p\u00e1r nap, engem nagyon felt\u00f6lt\u00f6tt az a szeml\u00e9let, ahogyan az oktat\u00e1st l\u00e1tj\u00e1k, m\u0171k\u00f6dtetik m\u00e9g akkor is, ha teljesen m\u00e1s lehet\u0151s\u00e9gekkel rendelkeznek.<\/p><\/blockquote>

I had a possibility to travel to Nykobing Falster in Denmark with my three colleagues between 5th and 9th of November in 2018 to visit one of the primary schools. This school was the Sophieskolen.<\/p><\/blockquote>

Education, training\u00a0 \u00a0and\u00a0 \u00a0non-formal\u00a0 \u00a0youth\u00a0 \u00a0learning\u00a0 \u00a0are\u00a0 \u00a0key\u00a0 \u00a0factors\u00a0 \u00a0creating\u00a0 \u00a0jobs\u00a0 \u00a0and\u00a0 \u00a0improving\u00a0 \u00a0European competitiveness. We received the financial support for this job shadowing activity from the Tempus foundation within Erasmus+KA1 Compass to the changes program to observe the methodology of developing key competencies in 21st century.<\/strong><\/p>

Our main goals were to understand the Danish education system, observing lessons, learning good practices and to create a partnership between the Sophieskolen and our school as the first school in our town who will have this kind of relationship with a foreign institute.<\/strong> It would be also nice between us to exchange students in the future as student mobility.<\/p>

Nyk\u00f8bing Falster is a southern Danish city, seat of the Guldborgsund municipality and it is 130 kilometre away from the capital Copenhagen. The town has a population of 19 000 approximately with the satellite town Sundby where our accommodation was on the Lolland side next to the bay of the Baltic see. The town is close to the southernmost end of the island where there is a daily ferry transfer to Rostock, Germany. Locals say this part of Denmark is the poorest, most disadvantaged territory of the country but we did not feel this of course.<\/strong><\/p>

Jan Axselsen, the headmaster and his deputy Christian Rosenkvist were our mentors. We spent three professional days with them and we started to know their institutional structure and educational system step by step.<\/strong> The school was built in 2015 because the old one became too small. It is located the outskirt of the town next to other schools, the sports Hall and the football stadium. The number of students is nearly 900 in this year, the number of trainers is 110 but only 55 people are teachers the others are pedagogical assistants, developer teachers and assistants.<\/p>

The building is quite excessively, spacious<\/strong> and so many sound reduction materials have been built in so we did not realize that there were 900 students in the school. We felt a bit we were not in a school but in a house of knowledge. <\/strong>Every subject has a specialized classroom, there are different instruments and a drum kit for the music lessons, a really well-prepared laboratory for the natural sciences, a quite modern kitchen for the craft lessons and a do it yourself room with machines. The junior and the senior section have a different level. There is a school preparatory group where they are dealing with last year's kindergartens. The elementary school takes nine years but those who need development or have a poorer degree are in grade 10, and only then children will go to upper secondary education.<\/p>

The structure of the lessons is completely different from ours<\/strong>, there are no 45-minute blocks, often they teach more subjects in one hour, with two teachers. They have a different degree from ours they can teach more subjects. We also visited several hours, where the students were taught in smaller groups. They argue that integration does not work<\/strong>, they are lagging behind, they relieve them from the group compared to the others (so many students have their own timetable) and try to eliminate the differences in a separate development lesson. There are also groups in kindergarten, as we have been before, kids with the same age, they are not together with the elders.<\/p>

It was very instructive, for example, for the lessons where history, geography and English were at the same time.<\/strong> The students worked in three groups and had to process different themes. They can use their mobile phones and laptops, teachers handle this situation extremely flexibly<\/strong>, so they do not know why they looked at the phone, but of course, if it is not related to the subject, they will be lost. Kids are accustomed to being part of their lives, they do not live up to the situation, and there is very little discipline on the part of the teachers. We visited two English classes in the ninth grade, their language skills were impressive, it is very important that they do not synchronize the TV programs, and they talk about themes (acceptance, apartheid system) easily that can be problematic even for those who will have language exam<\/strong>.<\/p>

The annual budget is being submitted to the municipality<\/strong>, there is no separate institution that enters into operation. The headmaster will remain until the school is positively working. The school year begins in mid-August, the summer break is only one month, and the mandatory working time is forty hours per week. The average salary is 30 000 Danish crones for the teachers. The pedagogical career is not too popular there<\/strong>, the trade union complained a lot about the system before and school officials say that many people do not want to be a teacher. There is also one opinion in public teacher can be anybody who is good for nothing. Nevertheless, we met extremely dear, helpful people.<\/p>

The school has been partnering with the countries of the Baltic region (e.g. Poland, Lithuania, Latvia)<\/strong> each year in May and September, students spend one week in one of the country's school.\u00a0 They manage the logistical tasks of the project and they are open to involve new schools in the future, even in Hungary.<\/p>

It would be extremely useful to establish such a relationship<\/strong>, where children can learn about another culture and they can practice and use their language skills.<\/p>

These couple of days were extremely good I have a very high level of attitudes as they see and operate the education even if they have completely different possibilities.<\/p>
