    Our school submits a KA1 mobility grant for the period 01. June 2020 \u2013 31 May 2021.<\/strong> Its title is: EAGER TO WORK FOR EXCELLENCE.<\/em><\/strong> The goal is to train our teachers how to become even more professional in their work.<\/p>

    We started to internationalise our school in 2014 and we wish to follow this path. Our present complex and professional work is a clear proof of the efficiency of the grants supported so far. Among the accomplishments of the four KA1 grants we can mention the twenty-three mobilities including job shadowing, and the possibility of a school visit with the help of EGT Found.<\/p>

    Our ongoing KA229 project implies the foreign school visits of eighteen pupils and six teachers. In the domestic part of this project even more pupils and colleagues have been involved enjoying the support and help of the parents as well.<\/p>

    Our goal is to widen the professional knowledge of our teachers. The European environment results not only in the improvement language skills but also helps widen cultural awareness and develop social skills.<\/p>

    In order to operate our school more efficiently we wish to observe the teaching model of Iceland, accumulate best practices so we can adapt them to our conditions.<\/p>

    The secondary goal of this project is to involve beginner teachers, or the ones who have not participated on any mobility project yet. Moreover, we wish to introduce our new management and colleagues to our tendering operation. We also want to organize a new project management team out of the recent project members in order to organize future grants.<\/p>

    This year we are applying for six mobilities, two of them are two weeks long and four have one-week duration, involving five participants.<\/p>

    For the development of teaching competencies:<\/h4>
    1. Julianna Dubov\u00e1n <\/strong>primary teacher participates in a course about up-to-date mathematics teaching for 8-10 years old pupils together with the development of the targeted language Title: Play it, solve the puzzle, build it!<\/em> Training Institute: Europass Teacher Academy, Dublin, Ireland.<\/li>
    2. \u00c1gnes Zsupony\u00f3 Hungarian language and media teacher\u2019s course<\/strong> focuses on project based teaching methodology together with the development of the targeted language skills. Title: English Language Training + Project Based Learning.<\/em> Training Institute: Twin English Centre Dublin, Dublin, Ireland.<\/strong><\/li>
    3. D\u00e1niel Seb\u0151, Geography-Physical Education teacher<\/strong> has chosen a course that focuses directly on the possibilities of the teaching of Geography from a European side of view, together with the possibility of observing lessons. Title: Courses for Teachers of Geography in Secondary Schools.<\/em> Training Institute: InterEducation, Cheltenham, UK.<\/strong><\/li>
    4. \u00c9va Hudacsek, ESL teacher<\/strong>, chose a course for experienced English teachers about updating fixed teaching toolbox with new ideas. Title: Brush Up Your Teaching Skills \u2013 Language Teaching Training.<\/em> Institute: ETI, Malta.<\/strong><\/li>
    5. Anna Fucsk\u00f3 primary teacher, librarian, and teacher of ICT<\/strong> participates in a training in formteachers\u2019 Title: Conflict Management, Emotional Intelligence and Bullying Prevention<\/em>. The learned methods will be used in her classroom and in groups she is teaching, involving the school psychologist. After closing the project she will share the results with her colleagues.<\/li>
    6. The EnglishMatters Training<\/strong> <\/em>Institution organizes courses throughout Europe, envolving visiting of schools or institutes with the scope of observing their operation and best practices. After monitoring the above, our project manager, \u00c9va Hudacsek, intents to share the gained knowledge with the Hungarian management and colleagues in order to apply them to their conditions. Participation in mobility program widens international relations that can later lead to new cooperation projects.<\/li><\/ol>

      The knowledge gained on trainings are shared the partners within and outside the school. We continue the Collection of Best Practices, present demonstration lessons and workshops to our colleagues and to teachers of similar schools.
